The Minnesota Vikings are surging towards the playoffs! After starting the season an abysmal 1-5, Kirk Cousins has helped the Vikings steer the ship and have won 5 of the past 6. The win this week plus a Cardinals loss, has put the Vikings in the seventh and final NFC playoff spot.
Cousins was one of nine Spartans to take the field in the NFL this week. Khari Willis was ruled out for this weeks game, William Gholston was on a bye and Joe Bachie just got moved from the practice squad to the Eagles active roster, so expect more Spartans to play next week.
