Spanish TV reporter wildly celebrates lottery win on air and 'quits job'... before realising she had only won £4,000

This is the moment a Spanish TV reporter appeared to quit her job on air as she wildly celebrated what she believed was a lottery jackpot win.

Natalia Escudero, who works for RTVE, jubilantly screamed as she thought she'd won the main prize, however she had only bagged a £4,000 payout.

She said "I'm not coming in tomorrow" to her fellow TV hosts as she gave an ecstatic performance to the cameras.

But it later turned out though that she had only won about 5,000 euros, the equivalent of just under £4,300.

She later took to Twitter to apologise and said she had been struggling with personal issues.
