Mr Motivator performed some eye-popping moves as he "whipped the horse" in his daily workout routine.
The 90s TV legend, 67, is back in his spandex to get the nation off their sofas and exercising during the UK coronavirus lockdown.
It's been years since the famous personal trainer - real name Derrick Evans - was a regular on our screens.
But now he's back, providing daily workout sessions on BBC One's HealthCheck UK Live.
His moves today left people in stitches.
Dressed in one of his signature multi-coloured leotards, Mr Motivator encouraged people to bend and thrust their hips, calling the move "riding the horse".

"Now we're going to whip the horse," he said, moving his hand up and down in a sort-of spanking motion.
"Come on, let's whip it," he exclaimed as he encouraged viewers to give it their all.
"MR MOTIVATOR IS WHIPPING THE HORSE AGAIN," TV critic Scott Bryan wrote as he posted the clip on Twitter.
He added: "this is incredible television".
But not everyone was impressed.

"Just. No," one commented.
Another wrote: "I really do hope that was on POST 9PM watershed not 9am home schooling time"
And one joked: "Surely it's time he became Mr Isolator?"
Mr Motivator says it's more important than ever to get daily exercise.

He said: "Now more than ever it is important to keep our bodies and minds healthy. Everybody say yeah, let’s get happy and be wicked at home!"
TV presenter Michelle Ackerley added: "HealthCheck UK Live will offer support to audiences at home during these challenging times and I am delighted to be presenting the programme alongside broadcasting icon Angela Rippon, health expert Dr Xand, and of course Mr Motivator!"
* HealthCheck UK Live airs at 10am on weekdays on BBC One
* Mr Motivator is also hosting live workouts at midday on his Facebook page and YouTube channel
