Spain to reopen inquiry into US killing of cameraman

Spain's supreme court has ordered an investigation into the death of Telecinco Television cameraman, José Couso, who was killed in April 2003 when a US tank fired on the Palestine Hotel in Baghdad. The decision, which reversed a ruling by a lower court, means that Spain could now request the extradition of the three US soldiers responsible for the action.
