SpaceX Stock Is Everywhere: Google, Nvidia, AMD, Harvard Disclose Stakes

Paris,,France,-,February,3,,2026:,The,Spacex,Logo,Is

Space Exploration Technologies Corp.‘s (NASDAQ:SPCX) Nasdaq debut turned Elon Musk‘s rocket company into one of the most widely disclosed names in the current round of 13F filings, with tech giants, hedge funds and university endowments all revealing sizable positions.

Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOGL) (NASDAQ:GOOG) disclosed a massive position of roughly 551 million SpaceX shares worth about $94 billion in its 13F-HR filed Aug. 7.

The stake that traces back to a $900 million investment in 2015 and now dwarfs the rest of Google’s disclosed public equity portfolio. Roughly $80 billion of that position remains under short-term lockup, with another $14.1 billion restricted through the third quarter of 2027.

NVIDIA Corp. (NASDAQ:NVDA) disclosed about 122.76 million SpaceX shares valued near $21 billion, a position that reportedly stems from Nvidia’s earlier investment in xAI.

Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ:AMD) also entered the SpaceX cap table, disclosing a $565.5 million stake in its 13F-HR filed August 14.

On the institutional side, Harvard Management Co. revealed a $2.2 billion SpaceX position, its single largest disclosed equity holding. Citadel Advisors also disclosed a new SpaceX position in its 13F-HR, alongside new stakes in Cerebras Systems (NASDAQ:CBRS) and Quantinuum, as its overall equity portfolio ballooned 41.5% to $875.1 billion, per CryptoBriefing.

The most concentrated bet belongs to Atreides Management. The tech-focused hedge fund’s 13F-HR shows SpaceX making up roughly 42% of its portfolio, a position valued at $4.67 billion at quarter-end.

The filings also reveal a long tail of other reported holders. Fidelity Investments disclosed 302.6 million shares, Gigafund Management 171.8 million, Baillie Gifford 51.4 million and BlackRock about 51 million shares.

Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund reported a 154.1-million-share stake worth roughly $26.3 billion, and even Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan turned up on the SpaceX cap table, per Chaincatcher’s tally of roughly 1,697 reporting entities disclosing SpaceX positions.

Because 13F filings only capture positions as of quarter-end and are disclosed up to 45 days later, none of these snapshots reflect any buying or selling activity since June 30 — meaning the current ownership picture, particularly given SpaceX’s price swings since its debut, may already look different.
