Southwark stabbing: Boy, 16, fighting for life after being knifed in street

A 16-year-old boy is fighting for his life in hospital after being stabbed in the street in broad daylight in south-east London.

Police scrambled to Southwark at around 5.55pm on Saturday after receiving reports of a fight in Dodson Street.

A 16-year-old boy was found with a stab injury in nearby London Road and was taken to hospital.

He remains in hospital in a critical condition.

A 15-year-old was also found suffering stab injuries at the scene and was taken to hospital for treatment.

His condition is not life-threatening, a police spokesman said.

Scotland Yard said: "Three males have been arrested on suspicion of GBH, they remain in custody.

"Enquiries into the circumstances remain ongoing."
