Southport Food and Drink Festival returns for 2019 next week, with some incredible tasty treats lined up.
From May 31 to June 2 at Victoria Park, the festival promises to showcase the best of the North West’s vibrant and colourful food and drink scene .
There is a whole host of delicious foods confirmed to be available across the weekend, including everything from halloumi fries and vegan treats to Thai ice cream and American wings.

Councillor Marion Atkinson, Sefton Council’s cabinet member for regeneration and skills, said: “Foodie fans will love the hand-picked selection of the region’s most passionate producers, all of whom will be bringing their wares to the festival, including a wide selection of gift ideas and treats to relish at home.
"You can also keep your little ones entertained with a free Children’s Festival, along with arts and crafts, magic shows, storytelling and sports workshops.
"We also have an excellent line up of music throughout the weekend in our Entertainment Arena, with everything from jazz to local soloists
"It's guaranteed to be a fantastic weekend and we want as many people as possible to come along and enjoy the fun."

The festival is free to attend and has a whole range of family friendly fun available throughout the weekend.
Southport Food and Drink Festival runs from May 31 to June 2, 10am - 6pm.
