A Bristol homeowner has advertised their property on a booking website for more than £30,000 for five nights.
A four-bedroom home in Southmead is available to rent on Booking.com for 30,295 for four people, based on five nights in July.
As The Sun reports, the cost of the home to rent for five nights for four people is nearly three times the amount of a top suite at London's five-star Savoy Hotel for the same duration.
And the more people staying in the property, the steeper the price becomes, with the price for seven guests totaling a whopping £45,295 for five nights.
But it appears the price for just two guests is a much more reasonable £295.
It’s understood this is the price to rent out just one room, as three out of the four bedrooms have double beds.
It's unclear if the owners made an error when filling in the cost.
