Tottenham travel to Southampton on Tuesday night as they look to make ground on those attempting to finish in the Premier League’s top four.
Spurs have largely been reborn under Antonio Conte.
While not every performance has been at the Italian’s frantic best, they appear to be building up a head of steam under his watch, making the race for what is presumably the final Champions League spot absolutely fascinating.
Standing in their way is a Southampton side to have struggled. Clearly, a chronic lack of investment from those above Ralph Hasenhuttl give him a mountain to climb every season.
Still, two intense teams at their best, Tuesday’s game should be an entertaining one.
