Manchester United will be without Anthony Martial and Luke Shaw for Saturday's Premier League trip to Southampton.
Martial (thigh) and Shaw (hamstring) were both injured during United's 2-1 home defeat against Crystal Palace at Old Trafford last weekend, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer must now rejig both his defence and attack.
With Diogo Dalot also injured, Solskjaer faces the prospect of naming either Ashley Young or Marcos Rojo at left-back.
Mason Greenwood could start in attack for United alongside Marcus Rashford given that Alexis Sanchez is on the verge of joining Inter Milan on loan.
Chris Smalling is in talks to join AS Roma on loan, but would have been unlikely to feature anyway considering he has not been included in any of Solskjaer's three matchday squads so far.
Southampton will be without injured wingers Nathan Redmond and Moussa Djenepo.
Redmond could be sidelined for up to three weeks after suffering an ankle injury in the midweek Carabao Cup win at Fulham, while summer signing Djenepo sustained a muscle problem in that match.
Striker Michael Obafemi, who scored the winner at Craven Cottage, is doubtful because of cramp. Left-back Ryan Bertrand (ankle) has returned to training and will be assessed.
