United hammered rivals Leeds 5-1 at Old Trafford last weekend, with the likes of Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes in magnificent form, while Raphael Varane was unveiled in front of the returning home fans and Jadon Sancho made his debut.
Saints, meanwhile, began with a 3-1 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park, but there was at least some positive news this week as star man James Ward Prowse put pen to paper on a new five-year contract.
