A man has died after a knife attack outside a shop in London in the early hours of this morning.
Police were called at 4am to The Broadway in Southall where they found the man in his early 20s suffering from a stab injury.
He was pronounced dead at 5.26am.
Officers are now working to inform his next of kin.
Formal identification is also due to be carried out and a post-mortem examination will be scheduled in due course, police said.
A Met Police spokesman added: "Enquiries into how the victim sustained his injuries are ongoing.
"At this early stage there have been no arrests.
"Officers from Specialist Crime have been informed.
"A large crime scene is in place."
