South Wales Police seize car from learner driver

Police in Cardiff have seized a learner driver's car.

Tweeting about the incident in the early hours of this morning, the South Wales Police Roads Policing Unit said they spotted the vehicles 'dodgy' headlamps in Adamsdown and went to investigate.

The Team 2 East unit found a driver with only a provisional driving licence, without L plates or supervision.

The team reported the incident and seized the car.

In a tweet at 1.32am, the roads policing team said: "Dodgy headlamps caught our eye… Driver on a provisional licence with no L plates and no supervision.

"Reported and car seized."
