A man implied he had a weapon Wednesday when he robbed a bank in Ashburn on the South Side.
It was the suspect’s third heist in a month, according to the FBI.
About 11 a.m., the suspect entered a Chase Bank bank branch at 8340 S. Kedzie Ave., implied he had a weapon and left with an undisclosed amount of cash, an FBI spokesperson said.
He was between 5-feet-10 and 6-feet-2 and in his 20s, the FBI said.
The man is also wanted for a Aug. 19 robbery at a Chase Bank branch at 11721 S. Halsted St. in West Pullman, the FBI said. On Aug. 8, the same suspect robbed a Chase Bank branch at 3115 Ridge Rd. in south suburban Lansing.
The FBI is offering up to $1,000 for information leading directly to an arrest of the suspect. The FBI said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
