South Glos Food & Drink Festival makes its return in October

The South Glos Food & Drink Festival will officially make its return this October. Taking place at the Bristol & Bath Science Park on October 1 and 2, the event aims to serve the best of food and drink .

Alongside live music, visitors can expect cuisines ranging from Caribbean, East Asian, Greek, Indian and more.

Exhibitors include Morgans Country Butchers, which was voted the UK’s Supreme Sausage Champion in 2019’s Sausage Week - as well as famously appearing on ITV’s This Morning. And Mac Daddies will bring its signature cheese mac infused with truffle oil and black truffle crumb finished with gold leaf.

For those with a sweet tooth, the festival will bring brownies, waffles, fudge, gelato, donuts, plus cakes from local cake maker Daisy B Bakes based in Emerson’s Green. And traders in the craft stall marquee will sell headwear, jewellery, olives, spices and handmade items.

Four-legged friends will be covered with their own stall selling treats for dogs. Zzinga Drinks will serve beer, cocktails, ciders, soft drinks, plus honey cider & soda.

The festival is a ticketed event but free to enter and free parking will be available for attendees. Organisers have advised ticket holders to either walk, bus or get a taxi to the event.
