Residents living in a south Dublin suburb watched on in shock last night as a fight broke out in the garden of a home.
The terrifying scenes broke out in Loughlinstown Park on Saturday night when several people allegedly assaulted a man.
Dublin Live understands the incident happened over a personal dispute.
Gardai were called to the scene and dispersed the crowd, and enquiries are currently being carried out into the incident.
A garda spokesman told Dublin Live: "Gardaí in Shankill responded to reports of an alleged assault in Loughlinstown Park, Loughlinstown yesterday night, Saturday, 30 th January 2021.
"Enquiries are ongoing at this time."
