South Carolina beat Auburn on Saturday for the first time in nearly a century (no, that’s not a typo), and one of their top draft prospects put on a defensive clinic.
Jaycee Horn, one of the top cornerback prospects in the 2021 NFL Draft class, was a shutdown artist for the Gamecocks, despite facing one of the better pass-catchers in the country in Auburn’s Seth Williams.
Horn’s combination of size, athleticism, physicality and ball skills should have NFL decision-makers clamoring to add him to their defense when next year’s draft rolls around.
