The incident took place in the Donegall Road area between 1:35am and 1:45am on February 2.

It is understood that a man made off from the scene and a tablet and mobile phone were taken during the incident.

He is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court later today, Wednesday March 4.

Detective Sergeant Corrigan said: "A 36-year-old man has been charged with burglary.
