With its wide range of world cuisine, St Nick’s Market is every foodie’s dream.

From Caribbean and Middle Eastern fare to Chinese and Mediterranean food, the Bristol market can cater to pretty much every palette.

And now it’s about to get another eatery to add to its already impressive collection.

Jack and Lyndsey, who run Low and Slow food stalls across the city, are getting a permanent unit in the market.

The duo started serving up barbecue food outside their local butcher in Gloucester Road three years ago, and have since seen demand for their business growing.

The pair, who sell slow-cooked barbecued meats at street markets and events in Bristol, are now expanding with their first permanent eatery in the heart of the old city.

Jack said: “We are extremely excited about the opening of our new restaurant, Low and Slow.

“We will be bringing our take on Southern American barbecue to St Nick's Market with a range of slow smoked meats and barbecue treats.”
