South Africa lifts liquor ban, but school re-openings delayed

Many South Africans lined up outside liquor stores and celebrated with cheers as alcohol sales were allowed again after a two-month ban due to the coronavirus outbreak. But the government postponed the planned re-opening of schools by another week, so that under-prepared schools can make preparations like issuing protective clothing to teachers. Also, teenage students in Nigeria race to prepare for key exams that have been delayed because of Covid-19.
