Bigg Boss 16 fame Soundarya Sharma is a fitness freak and follows a particular regime during summer.
The actress shares, "In summer, you have to keep yourself more hydrated. I eat the same amount but my intake of water increases. I make sure that I drink coconut water in the morning, and at least 2-3 glasses of water as soon as I wake up. I avoid eating outside so I make everything at home like lemonade, juices, smoothies, and buttermilk."
Sharing about her fitness routine, she says, "I go to the gym and do yoga and sometimes also dance. I think any form of dance works. Pilates or acrobat is also important to keep yourself agile. I don't like lifting weights so I skip that. But one should at least go for a walk every day."
The actress has been training n Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) too and rhis is something she loves doing.
The MMA training is mainly for a project. Soundarya reveals, "Yes, I’m working very hard on my MMA training. I started long back but I discontinued it, but now I’m into it again because something special is coming up. Something is in pipeline and I’m working hard for it. I would like to wait till the official announcement comes out."
