This book was not what I expected it to be and I was utterly won over by it from the start. I felt as though there wasn't a dull moment in the book as there was always a mystery to be solved or a task to be completed which kept me wanting to read on and on, it was so hard to put down!
The main character, Alina Chase, has such a strong personality. She never gives up hope in either herself or those she cares most about but, what I like most about her is that she isn't without her flaws, making Alina Chase a very realistic idol.
I would have to rate this book 4.5 stars as it is one of the best books I have read in a long time.
