Sophia Bush Reunites With Josh Segarra In Chicago PD Throwback

Chicago PD

Sophia Bush recently had a heartwarming reunion with Josh Segarra, who played Hank Voight's son, Justin, in Chicago PD. Bush, known for her role as Erin Lindsay in the series, was a key member of Voight's Intelligence unit and shared a unique bond with the character portrayed by Jason Beghe.

Despite both actors having left the show, a new photo shared on Bush's Instagram showcased their reunion, evoking nostalgia among fans. However, this meet-up does not hint at a return to the show for either character.

Erin Lindsay bid farewell to Chicago PD by transitioning to a new role with the FBI in New York, leaving a void in Voight's team. Tracy Spiridakos' character, Hailey Upton, later joined the squad, filling the gap left by Erin and becoming romantically involved with Jay Halstead.

With Upton's potential departure, the absence of someone to keep Voight in check looms large. The recent tragic events in the series have reignited Voight's darker tendencies, emphasizing the need for Erin's return to guide him back to the right path and help solve ongoing cases.

A plausible scenario for Erin's comeback could be the upcoming wedding of Kim Burgess and Adam Ruzek, a significant event in the series. The union of the original lovebirds presents an opportunity to reintroduce familiar faces and inject a sense of celebration into the storyline.

Chicago PD enthusiasts can catch the latest episodes of season 10 airing every Wednesday at 10pm ET on NBC, eagerly anticipating any potential surprises or character comebacks.
