Tracking down a PlayStation PS5 is notoriously difficult, but if you want one as a Christmas gift there are a few options to help.
The PS5 was released more than a year ago, in November 2020 , but actually buying one has been impossible for many shoppers as demand for it far outstrips supply.
The best place to buy it is from a big retailer, but when they get stock in it tends to sell out quickly - sometimes in minutes.
For example, the store Game had some PS5s in stock this morning, but has now run out.
However, Very has some of the disc versions of the PS5 for sale for £449.99, Littlewoods is selling the same model for £589.99 and BT is selling the PS5 plus an extra controller and headset for £598.98 .
But check the small print, as the retailers may not be able to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas Day.

But if you can't find shops to restock the PS5, there is one place you can still find it - eBay.
Some eBayers are reselling the consoles, but normally for a steep profit.
In-store the PS5 costs around £449 for the full console, while a digital edition without a disc tray is priced at £359.
However, on eBay some sellers have added a steep mark-up for those desperate enough.
One eBayer is selling the full console for £699.99, an increase of around 55%.
The digital console is trading on the auction website for around £569.99, a 58% price rise.
The PS5 has an 8-core AMD Zen 2-based CPU at 3.5GHz, 16GB of GGDR6 RAM and 825GB of internal storage.
It is meant to be 100 times faster than the PS4, so games will load in extra-quick time.
But if you are really desperate and want one now, private sellers are listing PS5 consoles for sale on eBay.
However, most of these are being sold for a big profit.
The disc version of the PS5 is being sold for up to £748, compared to its £449 normal retail price.
Even a disc PS5 that has been opened and used is being sold for £650.
The cheaper Digital Edition is selling for up to £549, though it would cost just £359 if bought new.
Shoppers are advised to keep checking major retailers if you they want to snap one of the consoles up.
The shortage of the PS5 is due to high demand during the pandemic, a global shortage of microchip processors and even the Suez Canal being blocked earlier in the year by the Ever Given cargo ship.
