Sony loses in Australia

In Australia, PlayStation owners can legally "chip" their machines to play imported games and their own back-up copies following Sony's defeat in the Federal Court in Melbourne. Australia's competition czar argued that "region coding" was detrimental to consumers as it restricted access to competitively-priced goods. Sony had already won a similar action in the UK. A case of "Australia Fair trading, arise!"?
