Future Park and Zpell will bring a large amount of Songkran fun to the Zanook Fest 2019: Beach Ball Party from Saturday until Monday.
Visitors are invited to start the Thai New Year by making merit and joining the Buddha bathing ritual where nine sacred Buddha statues will be on loan from famous temples. They include Maitreya Buddha (Luang Poh To) from Wat Indharaviharn, the Emerald Buddha from Wat Phra Kaew, the Reclining Buddha from Wat Bodhi, the Dhammamisarajlok Thatdilok Buddha from Wat Arun Ratchawararam, and the principal Buddha image from Wat Rakang Kositaram.
The highlight for fun will be a 12m-long stream tunnel with water rides, a photo-shooting corner featuring the atmosphere of a colourful beach, and a mini concert featuring CD Guntee & Dawut on April 13 at 6pm, The Years on April 14 at 7pm and Tum Warawut on April 15 at 7pm.
At least 28 famous food shops and restaurants will be represented in the serving of sumptuous dishes, including Korat noddles, Italian soda, fried pork with sticky rice, spicy squid, meatballs and Taiyaki fish cakes.
