Something good brewing at Impact fair

Looking for equipment and ingredients to prepare good coffee, bakery products and ice cream? Here is some good news! The "Thailand Coffee, Bakery, Ice Cream 2018" is the place where you can source all necessary equipment and relevant accessories under one roof.

Held for the 12th year by Kavin Intertrade, the exhibition will take place at Impact Exhibition Hall 1-3, Muang Thong Thani, on March 15-18 from 10.30am-8pm. It will present a full array of products ranging from coffee-making equipment to grinders, roasters, syrups, accessories and different types of roasted beans from Thailand and around the world.

Brought to bakeries are ovens, powder mixers, powder cheese, topping accessories, packaging, both soft and hard cases for your choice. For ice cream lovers, especially the popular Italian gelato, different sizes of machines, together with powder and mixers, are available for homemade gelato to serve your friends.

Also available during the four-day event will be refrigerators, freezers, bakery showcase, ice makers, bingsu machines and many others.

Besides an opportunity to choose your favourite items at promotional prices from suppliers, the event will also come with many activities held in collaboration with the Barista Association of Thailand to show how a good cup of coffee is prepared by experienced baristas, be it espresso, coffee dripping, or siphon coffee.

Brewers also will be competing in the "Thailand National Barista Championship", "Thailand National Brewers Cup Championship", "Thailand National Coffee Roasting Championship" and "Thailand National Cup Tasters Championship". Winners from each category will be sponsored to vie for the world championships​.

An array of workshops on bakery items and ice cream are also prepared offering tips and tricks from experienced chefs.

The first two days of the exhibition are trade days and the public are invited on March 17-18.

Also running at the same premises during the same time frame by the same organiser will be the 19th "Travel Thailand Travel World" where travel enthusiasts can browse through a wide array of packages for hotel rooms in Bangkok and nationwide, domestic and abroad package tours, car rentals, travel gear and souvenirs from over 200 exhibitors.
