Someone should buy the Beebe family a new JUGS machine

As we approach the 2019 season, Vikings second-year wide receiver Chad Beebe finds himself in a fun place.

Beebe will be one of the main players competing for the third wide receiver spot behind Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs.

If he doesn’t get the gig, it’s not because of lack of work ethic.

Beebe has been working with a JUGS machine his dad bought during his playing days.

“It’s got duct tape on it and its screws have been replaced and it’s been through a lot, but it’s still hanging in there,” his father and former NFL receiver Don Beebe said via the Pioneer Press. “Chad is wearing out that JUGS machine. That’s what he does for a living. He’s catching hundreds and hundreds of balls out of a JUGS machine, and that’s why I think he’s got very good ball skills.”

Someone get this man a new JUGS machine!

Per OverTheCap, Beebe is due $570,000 in 2019 and $660,000 in 2020.

A JUGS machine costs about $3,000, per my quick research.

If Beebe wins the WR3 spot, his restricted free agency after the 2020 season could be enough for the family to invest in a new JUGS machine.
