Some public tennis courts have reopened across Salford - here's where

Some public tennis courts have reopened across Salford.

Salford City Council confirmed that courts in Victoria Park, Swinton, Parr Fold Park, Walkden and Boothsbank Park, Worsley are among those now open to the public.

Those partaking in sports are reminded to stick to social distancing guidelines if playing with one person not from the same household.

The authority said: “Public tennis courts in parks are now open at Victoria Park, Parr Fold Park and Boothsbank park.

“Remember to stay two metres apart if you are playing with one person not from the same household. Social distancing is still important when you play tennis.”
