West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service resources have been pushed to the limit by huge blazes on Ilkley Moor and Marsden Moor.
As per ExaminerLive, they have had to put out a call to fire services from other regions as they are struggling to cope with two huge blazes in quick succession.
Now, West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service have been forced to tweet out an essential safety message as some people are still lighting barbecues on Ilkley Moor, despite the devastating blaze.
The fire service said earlier that it could be another 24 hours before both the Ilkley Moor and Marsden Moor blazes are fully under control.
Amazingly some people still haven't got the message that barbecuing in such hot weather risks worsening the problem even further, and there is even a parked car affecting an access track.
14 crews were battling the huge blaze at Ilkley Moor, and a further 15 crews were stationed at Marsden Moor to tackle the blaze that started on Sunday evening.
