We hear the rumors, and now we know exactly what Ohio State is dealing with when it comes to its player availability for the Big Ten Championship Game against Northwestern. All told, there are 22 players unavailable. That could be a combination of “injury, rehabilitation, or illness.”
Wide receiver Chris Olave is the biggest name on this list, but Baron Browning and Drue Chrisman are also not available. Another player of note is freshman receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba who could have potentially played a larger role in Olave’s absence.
So, now that we know who’s available, it’s time to move on, get ready for the game, and show everyone how deep this team is and how motivated to take care of business through this crazy world we are living in.
