Some Man United fans are saying the same thing about Mauricio Pochettino after Newcastle defeat

It has been a bad week for Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino.

After seeing his side lose 7-2 against Bayern Munich in the Champions League in midweek, the Tottenham boss would have been hoping for a reaction from his side when they travelled to the south coast to face Brighton & Hove Albion yesterday (Saturday).

However, another poor performance at the Amex Stadium led to another defeat for Spurs, with Brighton running our 3-0 winners to heap more misery on the Tottenham boss and his players.

But he is not the only manager under pressure in the Premier League.

Indeed, Pochettino is currently the third favourite to leave his post with bookmakers in the Premier League sack race , with Everton boss Marco Silva the current favourite to be the next man to leave, with the Toffees now in the relegation zone after the weekend's results.

Silva is followed by Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the sack race, with the Norwegian the second favourite to go after his side's dismal run of form continued with a 1-0 defeat at Newcastle United this afternoon (Sunday).

Pochettino on his future at Spurs

That leaves the Red Devils just two points above the relegation zone after eight games this season in the Premier League, with many Manchester United fans calling for change.

And one theory among some United fans surrounds the future of Pochettino at Spurs, with some Red Devils supporters calling for the Argentine to be the next Manchester United manager.

Here's what some United fans have been saying on social media.

And these United fans are not the only ones suggesting Pochettino as a good fit for the Old Trafford side, as can be seen below.
