Soldier, 24, found hanged at Prince Harry's old barracks

A soldier in Prince Harry’s old regiment has been found hanged in his barracks.

Friends say Lance Corporal Joel Robinson, 24, was “one in a million”.

His guardian Dee Lockhart, 55, said yesterday: “Everyone is mystified by his death.

“He had been out drinking with friends and we know a high percentage of suicides by young men are when drunk...

“But we had no inkling of any problems with Joel.

“He was the last person you would expect to do something like this.
