Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello might just be the most attractive couple of all time - and they’re displaying their good looks on their most recent vacation to Italy. It looks like George and Amal Clooney might have some summer vacation inspiration competition - they better stay out of sight.
The Modern Family actress and the Magic Mike star are famous for their elegant getaways. Last summer, they were spotted gallivanting around the Bahamas and showing off their adventures on Instagram, posting from the beach house “Casa Chipi Chipi,” where they were joined by Vergara’s Modern Fam co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband, Justin Mikita.
Their latest vacation began about a week ago to celebrate the five-year anniversary of their first date. The celeb couple married on Palm Beach at The Breakers, the beach-side resort equally beloved by socialites and celebrities (it was a favorite for the Kennedy family), in an elaborate, 400-person ceremony on November 22, 2015.
Now, they’re taking Italy by storm, complete with Gucci and Dolce and Gabbana ensembles, full food spreads despite their combined 12 packs and enough enviable couple photos to warrant their own Pinterest board entitled #couplegoals.
The newly 47-year-old actress (she celebrated her birthday today while on the trip) posted multiple photos, from solo shots to posed prom-like pics with her husband, who previously played a handsome werewolf on True Blood. They visited the family-run Positano boutique hotel Le Sirenuse, as well as Belmond Hotel Caruso, which was previously a palace.
The best photo just might be of both of them looking with love at their personal breakfast buffet. Find someone who looks at you like he looks at his wife - or like he looks at the croissants at the table.
Mykonos and Ibiza were the celeb-studded destinations last summer but now it's all about Italy.
We just need a double date between the Clooneys and the Manganiellos for the ultimate summer vacation inspiration. The Obamas could always stop by too, to make it a true celebrity vacation.
