Scott Disick and Sofia Richie sparked concern that they'd split amid rumours that she was dating someone else.
But it's said that the model, 21, is simply giving her 36-year-old beau space to deal with his issues.
Scott recently had a short stint in a rehab facility, but left after a photo of him there was leaked online.
Sofia sparked rumours she'd split from Scott as she started spending more time away from him and with her friends.
Fans had even become convinced that she was dating one of the guys in her friendship group.
But it's said that she's simply giving him the space he needs.
A source told Hollywood Life : "Scott’s very focused is on getting healthy right now, so Sofia’s giving him the space to do that.
"But any suggestion that she’s dating someone new is ridiculous. All she’s been doing is spending time with friends."
Scott, who shares three children with ex Kourtney Kardashian, had gone into rehab to deal with his past traumas.
It was originally rumoured that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was seeking treatment for alcohol and cocaine abuse, but his lawyer Marty Singer set the record straight.
Singer said in a statement: "In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother [in 2013], follow by the death of his father 3 months later [in 2014], Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility to work on his past traumas.
"He did not check in for any alcohol or cocaine abuse."
It's also been reported that Scott headed to rehab after being given an ultimatum by Kourtney, who was contacted by a concerned Sofia.
An insider told E! that Scott "does really well when he is keeping busy", but that the extra downtime in quarantine had left him "spiralling in his thoughts".
They added that Sofia was "extremely concerned with the choices he was making and how out of control he became very quickly".
Sofia is said to have "tipped off" Kourtney because she "didn't know what else to do".
And another source says Kourtney knew something was wrong because of the way Scott was acting.
