This survey is no longer active and the free draw has taken place. Results will be released later in the year.

Are social workers under more pressure than ever before? Is your caseload under control? Are there enough staff for you to do your job properly?

To understand the experiences of social workers and managers in the UK, Guardian Jobs have put together a survey, in association with Affinity Workforce.

The Social Lives survey asks questions about pay, workload and what motivates you to stay in social work. Your answers are completely anonymous, and findings will be compared to the 2014 survey to see what has changed in social work in the past year. We also explore the issues of salary, commute time and health and wellbeing.

The short survey takes no more than 10 minutes to do, and those who complete it are entered into a free draw for an iPadAir2.
