RTE's documentary on legendary musician Luke Kelly's two Dublin city centre statues aired last night, and it provoked a big reaction on social media.
Two new monuments of the Dubliners lead singer were unveiled in the capital earlier this year, one near his birthplace on Sheriff Street, and another on South King Street near Stephen's Green.
RTE's documentary explained how the sculptures came to be after Dublin City Council commissioned the statues to artist Vera Klute.

The two statues were unveiled in January this year on the 35th anniversary of his tragic death at the age of just 43.
And viewers were impressed with the special episode, which was described as "long overdue recognition" for one of Ireland's most famous musical talents.
Another viewer described the Irish folk star as "Dublin's favourite son".
