An Angus Social Enterprise project will open as a coffee shop in Arbroath next month, reports the Arbroath Herald. ENABLE Scotland expects to open Darling's Coffee Shop at 134 High Street in late May and has been funded by the Big Lottery with the aim of developing the employability of young people in Angus with learning difficulties.
