from babies with love believes that every child should have a fair start in life, no matter where they are born and it aims to fund the care of orphaned and abandoned babies and children around the world.
The online shops sells chic and stylish organic baby clothes. Customers buy and enjoy beautiful products and enjoy knowing they've helped a baby in need — a unique offering.
It donates its profits to the charity SOS Children, who work around the world enabling orphaned and abandoned children to live, be loved and cared for in dedicated children's villages.
The social enterprise is already helping its first baby, Ousmane – a 12 month old boy from Guinea, West Africa, who is now living in an SOS children's village, with his foster mother, brothers and sisters – to get a fair start in life. The profit is being used to build and run nursery schools in the villages. The first is in Chipata, Zambia where one in every six children is orphaned or abandoned.

When Cecilia had her son, watching childrens charities adverts and reading articles about the hardship children face all around the world took on new depth of meaning. Cecilia says that the lump in her throat made her feel more determined than ever to do something. Whilst shopping for her son's clothes she thought to herself: if I could buy beautiful baby clothes, on an attractive website, and know the profit helps a baby in need, why would I buy anywhere else? And so from babies with love was born.
