Summary
Chocolate Films is a not-for-profit social enterprise specialising in high-quality film production and a combination of community outreach and educational programmes. As a production company, we make factual films about social, cultural and environmental issues. Our education and outreach programmes use digital media in innovative ways, with our documentary workshops inspiring young people to voice their opinions.
Chocolate Films runs an extensive programme of educational and community filmmaking. While the age range of participants in these projects is four to 104 (seriously), the majority of our projects are for children and young people. Our projects are facilitated by skilled filmmakers who are experienced educators, working our wide selection of mobile camera, animation, editing and vision mixing kits.
In 2008, Chocolate Films produced its first cinematic release, the acclaimed documentary 'Afro-Saxons'.

Rachel Wang, co-founder, company director and head of production
Rachel is the co-founder of Chocolate Films. She is in charge of the production department, directs many of the films, and is instrumental in producing many of the youth and community projects.
Mark Currie, co-founder and director
Mark is a co-founder and director of Chocolate Films. He develops new projects and workshops and is in charge of the post-production side of the company.
