Are you disabled and facing cuts to your social care or benefits? The debate often focuses on the elderly, ignoring the fact that a third of all social care users are disabled and over one million disabled people are now without the support they need. The Guardian is beginning a video investigation into the impact of cuts on disabled people and is looking for people to tell their story.

Are changes to your care hours forcing you to go to bed early? Do you struggle to eat regular meals or wash because of reductions in your care package? Have care cuts impacted you in other ways? Share your experience below.
