As we near the end of Sober October, it can be harder for those participating to stay teetotal.
The Go Sober for October challenge involves Soberheros not drinking an alcoholic drink for the whole month, in order to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
So far over £1,500,000 has been raised and there are over 34,000 sober heroes to date.
