Soap spoilers this week - tensions high in RTE's Fair City and erratic turn in BBC's Eastenders

Despite the TV schedule being dominated by the Euros the soaps are still running and giving fans their fix of drama.

However the schedules are still somewhat disrupted because of the football so do check listings to make sure you don’t miss an episode.

There are plenty of exciting storylines running at the moment across all the soaps.

Here’s the inside scoop.

Fair City

Will goes against the advice of his counsel and takes the stand. Tensions are high after both sides give their closing arguments and everyone awaits the verdict.

Elsewhere, Orla puts her foot down with Ray, but Doug is on hand to offer some wisdom.

Juliet is obsessed by James' money but there's a twist in the tale.

And Seán decides that he's had enough of Vinny.

Will takes the stand against his Counsel's advice (RTÉ)

Emmerdale

Just in time for the end of Pride month we get Emmerdale Pride. However Meena spots the Pride collection tin and takes it, later making it look like Jacob is the culprit. Jacob is suspicious of Meena and confronts her but at the same time, Leyla is back from honeymoon and ready to sort things out with him.

Meanwhile, Andrea and Charles can't resist each other in the salon but when an unsuspecting Manpreet walks in how will she react?

Faith is ignoring her symptoms but Manpreet convinces her to undergo some tests. Pollard spots there is something seriously wrong but she avoids divulging her health worries. However when she collapses Pollard realises she needs medical attention.

The Vivienne is the special guest for Emmerdale Pride (ITV)

Brenda confides to David and Meena that she's feeling neglected by Pollard, and she prepares a romantic surprise for him.

Elsewhere Emmerdale is ready for Pride thanks to the efforts of Andrea. Ethan makes an eloquent speech that offers a message of acceptance for all on behalf of Emmerdale Pride and the church and he welcomes special guest The Vivienne to the stage. In all her glamour and glory, she officially opens Emmerdale's first Pride.

EastEnders

Isaac continues to refuse to take the medication for his schizophrenia and his behaviour is becoming more and more erratic. Lola begs him to resume medication but will he keep his promise to do so?

Bernie is becoming increasingly anxious about losing weight as the deadline for Stuart and Ranie’s surrogacy decision looms. She asks Tiffany to get her stronger diet pills but she refuses. However, after a heartfelt plea she finally agrees to help her. Will she lose enough weight to become a surrogate and solve her money problems.

Rocky tries to play matchmaker by stealing Mila and Iqra's phones as part of a plan to bring them back together. But with Mila still fuming that Iqra called the police on her mother will his efforts be in vain?

Linda receives an unexpected gift from Max on her birthday. The postmark is from Croatia, but Mick and Linda worry that it'll be too risky to share this crucial piece of information with Rainie who is still distraught at her ex-husband’s disappearance with baby Abby.

Elsewhere, Ruby learns that she'll need to have another procedure before the laparoscopy. She tells Martin that she wants to go ahead with this because she wants to keep trying for another baby.

Meanwhile, Denise is dismissive when Phil invites her and Raymond to the launch of his new business with Kat. Phil confides in Kat that he wants to let Raymond know that he's his dad but she advises against this, warning that Denise could cut him off from seeing his son completely.

And Chelsea and Gray’s romance heats up as they arrange a dinner date.

Coronation Street

Tyrone is spending a lot of time with Fiz who is helping him organise Kirsty’s funeral and explain to Ruby that her birth mummy has died. Seeing them together heightens Alina’s anxiety and she is even more hurt when she learns about Kirsty's abuse from Sally rather than Tyrone. Confronting Tyrone a tearful Alina blurts out that she's pregnant and he is floored.

Daisy still hasn’t told Jenny that she can no longer afford to buy the pub. Blaming Sean for the demise of her dodgy Double Galmmy pyramid scheme she cuts all his shifts from the bars roster. However she doesn’t reckon with Emma who stands up for Sean and gets him reinstated.

James is offered a promotion but when he is photographed having luch with his ex Danny he worries that his sexuality will be exposed. Weatherfield County call a press conference to address the rumours and .. Ed urges him to take control of his own story.

Natasha still won’t let Nick see Sam but David decides to dupe Gail to orchestrate a meeting between father and son. Hower, his plan backfires badly when Gail collapses with chest pains and is rushed to hospital. Will she pull through?

Hollyoaks

Cleo is on a mission to bring Pete to justice and manages to find his contact details, but Toby isn't feeling optimistic about her plans. Later, Toby discovers that her bulimia is relapsing. They have another disagreement as she continues to obsess over Pete.

Elsewhere, Courtney has an interview for a job in Scotland but decides not to tell Sid and her family. Before the interview, she confides in Yazz and Tom about being unsure of herself, but they persuade her to go for it. Will she get the job?

Elsewhere, Grace discovers that all of her things are being thrown out of The Loft as she is still in Fergus's bad books. She starts to play nice with him, but when she interrupts his meeting with a potential tenant, and makes him out to be a terrible landlord, he is not too pleased.

Later, Fergus gets his revenge by getting Grace arrested after he gives a false statement to the police.
