More than 13,000 supporters flocked to the University of Bolton Stadium this afternoon to watch the current Wanderers side take on a team of club legends.

Chris Eagles found the back of the net twice, while John McGinlay netted from the penalty spot for the legends after the break in a 7-4 friendly clash.
The game was held as part of fundraising for the treatment of Wanderers defender Gethin Jones' mother, Karen, who has been diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND).
And the Wanderers dressing room has taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the weekend, which also included a black tie dinner last night at the UniBol to raise funds.

Goalscorer Afolayan wrote: "What a weekend supporting @GethinJones8 and his family! Amazing to have over 13,000 inside the stadium today for a great cause! Proud to be part of such a special club."
