'So good!' These Spurs fans go wild over cheeky dig at West Ham after Jose Mourinho's first game

Jose Mourinho is off and running at Tottenham after a 3-2 win at West Ham United yesterday (Saturday).

The former Chelsea and Manchester United boss enjoyed a derby victory in his first game since being appointed as the new Spurs head coach, with goals from Son Heung-min, Lucas Moura and Harry Kane helping Tottenham claim all three points at the London Stadium.

It was a first away win in the Premier League for Spurs since January, with Mourinho having an instant impact at Tottenham.

And it made Spurs' rivals regret a tweet posted on West Ham's official account earlier in the week prior to the game, when the Hammers tweeted a video of highlights from wins against Chelsea and Manchester United during Mourinho's time in charge, accompanied with the caption "See you on Saturday" with a wink emoji.

The post was swiftly deleted, which led to some criticism from fans, and now Tottenham have aimed a thinly-veiled dig at their rivals following the win at the London Stadium.

Posting on Twitter, Spurs have sent out a picture of Mourinho applauding the fans, accompanied with the words "See you Tuesday, Spurs fans" accompanied by a wink emoji.

And the tweet has gone down well with Tottenham supporters, with some reacting on social media, as can be seen below.
