Allan Saint-Maximin showed his love for Jamaal Lascelles in a series of social media posts as he gave fans a unique insight into his daily life.
The Newcastle United forward, via social media account 433 , documented his day and picked captain Lascelles out as the one to show love for.
Walking into the gym at the club's training ground at Darsley Park, Saint-Maximin filmed Lascelles as he was stretching and warming up.
"'My captain, what a man.
"Unbelievable, so beautiful.
"Look at the face," he said, as he zoomed in on the defender.
Saint-Maximin continued to follow Lascelles around the gym as the former Nottingham Forest man worked out and did pull-ups.
"He works every day - wow.
"Always the same pace in the gym with the captain - look at this man, unbelievable."
Heneri Saviet, Florian Lejeune, DeAndre Yedlin and Nabil Bentaleb were all pictured training ahead of Saturday's game with Sheffield United.
The club has announced it is taking extra precautions to try to stop the spread of coronavirus.
