Harry WIlson has admitted that he could be forced to leave Liverpool permanently at the end of the season.
WIlson is currently on loan at Championship outfit Cardiff City, and has been forced to spend the bulk of his senior career away from Anfield.
Stints at Hull City, Derby County, Bournemouth and now Cardiff have meant that the Wales international has been restricted to just two first-team appearances for the Reds.
WIlson still has two years left to run on his contract at Anfield, and there is growing expectation that he will be sold by the club in the summer to help fund new arrivals.
The 24-year-old has admitted that while he will always think of Liverpool with great fondness, he may have to consider his future
"Yeah, maybe," Wilson told Sgorio, when asked if it would be strange to leave Liverpool on a permanent basis.
"I feel my senior career has been elsewhere so far.
"150-200 appearances deep now and only a couple have been at Liverpool.
"The club will always be close to my heart, but if it means moving away to further my career then so be it."
When asked if he has any concrete plans for addressing his future this summer, Wilson insists that he’s concentrating on his football.
"Not yet, my focus is on finishing the season strong here at Cardiff and then going to the Euros with Wales and doing well there," Wilson said.
"Whatever happens off the back of that will happen.
"I think it would be silly of me to look beyond that with such an important summer coming up in the international level."
