Snowdrop Independent Living has made two senior appointments to their management team at its site in Penarth.
The leading retailer of mobility equipment and home adaptation, headquartered in Haverfordwest, has appointed Rebecca Raikes as finance manager and Haley Evans as marketing manager.
Ms Raikes, a qualified accounting professional, brings 16 years of experience in the public sector, accountancy practices and commerce sector to the role.
While Ms Evans has been a marketing professional for almost 20 years, working with South Wales’ leading private sector companies.
Working alongside the senior management team, Rebecca and Haley will be responsible for delivering the company’s board strategy for both retail and the engineering and installation division.
The firm started out as one retail shop but today it has seven retail branches across South Wales and the Midlands.
The engineering and installation division carries out work for private clients and local authorities which includes installing, servicing and maintaining equipment such as scooters, riser-recliner chairs, stair lifts and hoists.
Managing director David Morgan said: “I am delighted that both Rebecca and Haley have joined the Snowdrop team. They bring with them a wealth of experience, which will be crucial as we emerge from the pandemic and enter a new period of growth.”
