This is a spectacular picture of the sun rising over Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons.
It was taken by keen photographer and ski instructor Mike Richards, from Aberdare, who left home in the early hours of Saturday morning to get up to the summit in time for a 6am sunrise.
And it was worth the early start and carrying the heavy ski gear to the top.
Mike said:"Our torchlit walk up to the highest point in southern Britain was rewarded with this spectacular sunrise."
Skiing on the mountain is not as popular as it once used to be, but the cold weather that hit Wales in the past week gave these skiers the perfect opportunity to catch the last of the snow and the great view.
Mike says: "If you go up there to ski you’ll be disappointed, but if you go up there for the views they’re amazing."
