Wreck of the week: Bristol. With a guide price of £420,000, this three-bed 70s town house has only had two careful owners. It’s a short stroll from Clifton Village, has a private garden and a covered car port, but the inside is in need of modernisation – £40,000 should do it. Beware the tiny kitchen, however, and the odd layout.
